For EU customers, we adhere to the standard 14-day return policy. This means you can return any item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges yet.


When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped as soon as possible. Please allow extra time for production/handling time which will process within 1-4 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing day.

My tracking number isn't working. Has my order been shipped?
We process orders 1-4 days after purchase and ship them to you. If your tracking number doesn't work after 5 days, please contact us, and we will personally track down your order for you.
